Sources / Where to check the answers

Where can you check an answer?

Choose the source that can answer your particular question. Keep an offer's written terms separate from a medicine's approval record.

For a person or pharmacy, use the state record

Colorado's credential tool covered medical, nursing and pharmacy records, as checked on September 26, 2026.

Take the full name and credential type to that tool. Match the record to the person or pharmacy under discussion.

For the product, read the medicine information

Medicines made to order had no FDA check of their safety, quality or how well they worked before sale, according to information checked on September 26, 2026.

FDA registration records a business; drug listing records a medicine in a database. Neither showed that FDA had approved it (September 26, 2026).

Ask the clinician to explain the exact product and its purpose. A registration record answers a different question from a medicine review.

For payment, read the terms and ask your plan

The Medicare Bridge and drug-company cash offers had different rules about who qualified and what they paid (September 26, 2026).

Use the government's offer page to read its conditions. Ask your insurance plan what it will pay for you. For a health spending account, use the contact on your account statement to ask the person or company running it.

Ask for the current terms for your exact prescription. Keep the reply with your care notes and budget.
