DenverCare & cost guide

Pay / Visits, tests and renewals

What can sit outside the medicine price?

Ask what you are paying for even if no medicine is prescribed. Then ask what is charged again when care continues.

Find out how the service bills for care

Most offers in a small check of national online weight-care pages charged a monthly service fee; some charged per visit (September 26, 2026).

These were prices shown in ads, not bills paid by patients. They do not tell you what all Denver services charge.

Ask whether you are agreeing to a visit, a recurring fee or a prepaid term. Ask which charges continue if a prescription is paused or declined.

Ask why each test is being requested

Health professionals must arrange needed tests or send patients to someone who can, under medical-board guidance checked on September 17, 2026.

A referral means being sent to another clinician or service. Ask who orders the test, who reviews it and who bills for it.

Ask for the test names before asking for prices. Ask the lab and insurer whether the quoted amount includes all associated fees.

Keep the renewal terms beside the budget

  • What do I owe if no medicine is prescribed?
  • What is included in later reviews?
  • When does the recurring charge stop?
  • What happens to prepaid money if care ends?

Get a copy of the reply. Compare those terms along with the medicine cost, rather than trying to remember them during a visit.
